What It Is
This template gives you a place to get all of your and your team's tasks out of your head and into one organized list. It helps you get on-top of your team’s to-do list by using visual cues so you can see what’s urgent and what’s important. You'll be able to prepare and plan by using this spreadsheet to easily see what tasks you and your team need to complete in the coming weeks.
Why It's Great

Adding tasks is easy with dropdown pick-lists that automatically update with your personalized categories and assignees. You’ll have plenty of space with room for 5000 tasks.
The task list is fully filterable - enabling you to sort and filter your task list in the way that works best for you. It’s packed with visual cues to highlight high priority tasks, overdue tasks, upcoming tasks and ‘smart flags’ which you configure.
Configurable ‘smart flags’ enable you to highlight incomplete tasks when they are overdue; or upcoming priority tasks; or tasks in a certain category. Pick your own flag symbol from a list of 53 options.
For planning ahead use the Four-week Planner view. This view is designed to help you understand your team’s task load in the coming weeks and enable you to plan and prepare for the work ahead.
The auto-updating Dashboard includes charts and tables to help you get a better understanding of your overall tasks. Find out: How many tasks did we nuke last month? Which categories created the most tasks over the last 6 months? Who has the biggest task load next month?
The Upcoming Week View helps you review the week ahead. It displays two overview charts giving you a visual of what tasks are coming due in the next 7 days broken down by category and assignee.
Included are step-by-step instructions with annotated screenshots to guide you on how to use the template. And it comes pre-populated with sample data so you can start playing with it straight away to get a feel for how to use it.
