What It Is
Promote transparency and collaboration by collating all your team's tasks in one place, while empowering everyone to manage their own task lists. This template helps you get on-top of your team’s to-dos by using visual cues to help you focus on what’s urgent and what’s important. It helps you prepare and plan by making it easy to see what tasks you need to complete in the coming weeks.
Why It's Great
Includes 10 individual task tabs where each team member can manage their own tasks in their own space. Each individual task list is fully filterable - enabling them to sort and filter their tasks in the way that works best for them.
Generates a whole team master list of everyone’s tasks. The list is sortable and includes a multitude of visual cues to highlight high priority tasks, overdue tasks, upcoming tasks and ‘smart flags’ which you configure.
Configurable ‘smart flags’ enable you to highlight incomplete tasks when they are overdue; or upcoming priority tasks; or tasks in a certain category. Pick your own flag symbol from a list of 53 options.
For planning ahead use the Four-week Planner view. This view is designed to help you and your team understand your task load in the coming weeks and enable you to plan and prepare for the work ahead.
The auto-updating Dashboard includes charts and tables to help you get a better understanding of your overall tasks. Find out: How many tasks did we nuke last month? Which categories created the most tasks over the last 6 months? Who has the biggest task load next month?
The Upcoming Week View helps you review the week ahead. It displays two overview charts giving you a visual of what tasks are coming due in the next 7 days broken down by category and assignee.
