We build from scratch, based on established business methodologies and tools that we've battle-tested in real-life situations. (This is no copy-paste shop reselling things that we 'found on the Internet'!)


Because we built everything ourselves we are able to offer customizations. So if you find an existing template needs a tweak to work perfectly for you, get in touch. If you want an additional feature, get in touch. Even if you want a completely custom template, get in touch!


We can add additional columns, build custom reports, or create a whole spreadsheet to support a business specific workflow. These are just some examples.


Here's how it works:

1 Requirements: No obligation discussion

We'll have a no obligation discussion so we can get an idea of what you're looking for. If possible, at this stage we'll always point out suggestions for ways to achieve what you want without paying for any custom work.

2 Proposal: Make sure we're on the same page

Following the requirements discussion, we'll put together a professional proposal which will include a description of the Scope of Work, a fixed price Cost and a delivery timeline. We'll iterate the proposal together with you until we all agree on the scope of work and the cost.


There is still no obligation at this point and it's entirely up to you if you want to proceed.

3 Build and Deliver: Make sure you're happy

Once you are ready proceed, we get going. We will communicate regularly and make sure you know how things are proceeding and when to expect your customized product.


We pride ourselves on customer service and meeting expectations. If for whatever reason, you are not happy and we can't figure out a solution, you will received a full refund for the custom work. That's our warranty.
