This template helps you get on-top of your to-do list by using visual cues to help you focus on what’s urgent and what’s important.

Customize your own categories so you can organize your tasks, your way. You can personalize up-to 10 categories.
Set your own list of assignees. Handy if you’re trying to distribute your household tasks.
Adding tasks is easy with dropdown pick-lists that automatically update with your personalized categories and assignees. You’ll have plenty of space with room for 5000 tasks.
Configurable ‘smart flags’ enable you to highlight incomplete tasks when they are overdue; or upcoming priority tasks; or tasks in a certain category. Pick your own flag symbol from a list of 12 options.
The task list is fully filterable - enabling you to sort and filter your tasks as you wish.
Date color-coding highlights the incomplete tasks that are overdue or imminent.
The auto-updating Dashboard includes charts and tables to help you get a better understanding of your overall tasks. Find out: How many tasks did I nuke last month? Which categories created the most tasks over the last 6 months? Who has a bigger task load next month?
A separate Upcoming Week View helps you review the week ahead. It displays two overview charts giving you a visual of what tasks are coming due in the next 7 days broken down by category and assignee.
Included are step-by-step instructions with annotated screenshots to guide you on how to use the template. And it comes pre-populated with sample data so you can start playing with it straight away to get a feel for how to use it.
